Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with SOFU. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as efficiently as possible.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and verified, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from transit time.

2. Shipping Time

We currently ship to eligible United States destinations. Standard shipping is generally 3–7 business days; expedited shipping may take 1–3 business days when offered.

3. Delays

High order volume, carrier disruptions, weather, inventory checks, or address verification may affect delivery estimates.

4. Tracking

Once shipped, available tracking information is sent by email.

5. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for accurate shipping details. Additional charges may apply to reship undeliverable packages.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

After a carrier marks a package delivered, SOFU will reasonably assist with a carrier claim but cannot guarantee replacement.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We may restrict shipment where sale, transport, or use is limited by law or carrier policy.

8. Order Refusal

We may cancel orders flagged for fraud prevention, regulatory concerns, inventory issues, or shipping restrictions.
