Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to SOFU. Product safety and quality require the following return rules.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and purchased directly from SOFU.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Opened products, broken seals, misused or improperly stored items, gift cards, free items, and unauthorized refusals cannot be returned.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Contact us within 48 hours with the order number, description, and clear photographs. Approved remedies may include replacement, credit, or refund.
4. Approval Required
Do not return products without prior authorization.
5. Return Shipping
Customers pay return shipping unless the return results from our error. Original shipping charges are normally non-refundable.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection, generally within 5–10 business days.
