Kisspeptin-10

Basic Information

Kisspeptin-10 is a bioactive decapeptide consisting of 10 amino acids, the shortest functional fragment of the kisspeptin family. It is a high-affinity agonist of the KISS1R (GPR54) receptor, located mainly in the hypothalamus, pituitary gland and gonadal tissues. It acts as a key upstream regulator of the human HPG (Hypothalamic-Pituitary-Gonadal) axis.
